Paweł Billewicz
Head of Professional Services

I am an experienced Solution Designer and Architect in Customer Communication Management, specialising in legacy transformation and the design of modern, scalable communication solutions based on Quadient Inspire. I combine analytical, architectural, and implementation expertise to help organisations move from fragmented, ageing systems to coherent enterprise-grade CCM environments.

I have 17+ years of experience working in corporate environments, especially in the financial and insurance sectors. My work has covered communication process analysis, target architecture modelling, and implementation oversight for solutions that need to meet business, regulatory, and technical requirements.

My expertise covers the full CCM solution design cycle: from legacy system analysis and inventory through target architecture definition, component and integration design, to implementation support and communication process optimisation. In practice, that means working between business teams, developers, and strategic stakeholders, where the real shape of a CCM project usually becomes clear.

For many organisations, migration to Inspire is not only a technology change. It is a change in the operating model for customer communication. Done properly, it creates a more consistent, scalable, and future-ready CCM environment, prepared for automation, compliance, and further digital service development.

The direction of digital transformation in CCM is moving away from legacy environments and towards flexible, cloud-based PaaS models, with Quadient Inspire becoming a stronger foundation for modern communication operations. AI is also becoming part of the picture, supporting communication design, content analysis, and intelligent data processing. At the same time, PDF accessibility remains a critical requirement, especially where documents must be properly tagged, validated, and usable by assistive technologies.

Outside work, I am interested in technology and IoT, and I build my own solutions to automate everyday tasks and make home life easier. I also enjoy working with wood, riding motorcycles, and relaxing with video games. I am proud of being the kind of home “fixer” who finds practical, creative ways to solve everyday problems and turn them into real improvements.
