I’m a Solution Architect specialising in Custom Solutions, with over 10 years of experience delivering CCM solutions for customers across different industries.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that customer communication management is never just about generating documents. Every organisation has its own processes, habits, expectations, and unique ways of interacting with customers. Understanding those differences and translating them into practical, scalable solutions is what I enjoy most about this work.

My primary area of expertise is working with Quadient Inspire, where I focus on bridging standard platform capabilities with tailored custom development.

I believe that successful digital transformation is not only about implementing new technologies but also about adapting them to real business needs in a way that makes everyday work simpler, more efficient, and more reliable. 

Even within “out-of-the-box” platforms, there is always room for creativity, optimisation, and smart automation. I’m particularly interested in how AI and automation can support CCM processes — not by replacing people, but by helping teams work faster, reduce repetitive tasks, and deliver more personalised customer experiences. 

Outside of work, I enjoy trekking and spending time in nature. One of my favourite experiences so far was a multi-day trek in northern Sweden, beyond the Arctic Circle, surrounded by complete silence and untouched landscapes. It’s the kind of experience that helps me recharge and appreciate simplicity and perspective
